Please do not use your personal Microsoft account to sign into services on the Media Center PCs. The local "Patron" account then gets hijacked. This means that your Microsoft account will display upon logging in. All of your your User Account information becomes visible for patrons to see, such as your billing information, bookmarks and such.
On the main screen with all of the accounts displayed, you will see "Patron" as the local account name. As soon as you login with "patron" as the password, you will see your account name and photo displayed. In order to fix this, we have to completely delete the patron account and then recreate a new Patron Account.
There is NO way to just sign you out of your Microsoft account and return the Patron Account to a local account. It appears to be a "Microsoft thing". We have had to recreate a new patron account ~5 times in the past 6-8 months.
If you need access to your Microsoft apps, like Word, Excel, and such, I suggest logging into your Microsoft account using the browser to run the web apps. The web apps may not be as full featured, but you will still be able to do most of the work you need to do. BE SURE TO LOG OUT of your browser session when you are finished.
